Hello World! A couple of weeks back we went to a friend's surprise birthday party. The hosts did such a great job on the flowers and sit down dinner that I asked if I could take some pictures. They graciously allowed me to wander around and take pictures of the dinner tables prior to the birthday boy arriving. These pictures were taken with my phone, but I think I was able to get a couple of good shots. So, here we go.
There were two tables decked out with linens, china, fresh flowers, and printed menus.
A closer look at some of the china. Loving it!
The flowers were picked up from Kroger and arranged by the hosts. What a lovely job they did on all of the arrangements.
Here is where the guest of honor would be sitting. We made him King for a Day.
More flowers at the table where we were seated.
Kevin was such a good sport and allowed me to take his picture. Looking very regal.
Of course, I had to snag the royal gear and have my picture taken with my good friend, Lorenzo. The Dedicated Husband was probably off singing. No lie. We did Karaoke with a pianist and my husband kept going up and singing his little heart out.
Weren't the flowers and tables beautiful? Lovely house and lovely hosts!
