Morning in the Garden

Hello World!  Go ahead.  Slide off of your chair with shock.  I know, right?  Another post?  This one was a spur of the moment post.  No planning.  No preparation.  No thought.  Just seizing the moment.

This morning I opened my back door to discover that my garden is really starting to bloom.  Here are a few pictures I shot this morning while walking around in the backyard.

This is what caught my attention.  The amaryllis blooming.

 The bougainvillea starting to bloom.

Amaryllis very happy.  More buds are on the plants just waiting for the right time to open.

The next few shots are of little lovelies waiting for me to put them in the ground or a pretty pot.

My St. Francis bird feeder.  I'll put feed in him when I move his out in the yard.  For now, he sits next to the house on the back patio.

Camille, enjoying the morning.  She's annoyed because I kept getting her attention to take a picture.  Can you not see her saying, "Leave me alone lady, so I can look at the birds."?

Lantana blooming.

My bright blue swing with the pretty amaryllis and the birdbath that I need to clean out.

Happy Thursday!  Thank you for the visit and try to stop back in next week.  I'm working on more panels.  Yay!  Hope your day and weekend are grand.  Remember, to be kind to one another.

Toodles,

Kathryn

  7. I love the colorful look of your garden and yard. The flowers are really beautiful. Our weather had been unusually warm for weeks and then we had to cover some plants last night due to a frost. Thank you for showing your pretty place at Your Cozy Home Party. Will look forward to seeing more flowers in your garden.---------- Shannon
