Trippin' it Tuesday

Hello World!  This week for Trippin' it Tuesday I thought I would take us to a cooler climate.  Down here in the south, we are experiencing a lovely heat wave accompanied with triple digit temps.  I'm longing for Fall or rain or just a nice cool breeze.  Off we go to Lake Tahoe.

Lake Tahoe holds special memories for me and the Dedicated Husband.  It is where we got engaged on February 19, 2006.   There are so many things to do in Lake Tahoe that you really need longer than a weekend to get them all in.   On this particular trip we took a ride on the paddle boat around the lake, shopped (yeah), snowmobiling, and of course ate!  Enjoy the crisp, cool pictures.

Love the reflection on the water.

Unspeakable beauty.

It was a wonderful time filled with beautiful memories.  We are now looking forward to taking the Dedicated Daughter to Lake Tahoe to show her where it all began.  Have you been to Lake Tahoe?  If you haven't, you must schedule a trip.  Even if you are not a skier or snowboarder, there is so much to do that your experience can be just as fulfilling.  I was happiest when sitting on the boat next to my love surrounded by Godly beauty.   That's it for today!  Check back soon for some lovely Goodwill additions.  I'm a little sad, I let a desk slip through my fingers.  There will always be another one, right?  Have a good rest of the day and remember to be kind to one another.

Toodles,
