Shopping for Flooring

Hello World!  As all of my readers know, the downstairs here in our red brick Colonial has oak hardwood flooring in the family room, dining room and hearth room.  The entry, hall, bath, kitchen, breakfast room and laundry room have a pretty tile.  The hardwoods are in okay shape, however there are several boards that need to be replaced. And, truth be told I would love to sand them down and re-stain them.  And, the plan is to replace all of the carpeting upstairs with hardwood flooring, eventually!
