Sold...Now What?

Hello World!  Sorry for being completely MIA.  The house was on the market for less than a week and we received 4 offers.  We chose a cash offer that was above our asking price.  So, we have been feverishly house hunting.  We have put an offer on a house and are waiting to hear back to see if the owner will accept.  It's nice to be in a multiple offer situation when you are the seller, but not so nice when you are the buyer.  It's between us and another buyer.  So, we'll see.  But, we continue to look in the meantime, just in case the offer falls through.

I wanted to let you sweets know I haven't fallen off the face of the earth.  We are so incredibly busy house hunting and making sure the sale of our house goes smoothly for both parties.

So, hopefully, I will have time later to work on the Anything Blue Friday party post.  So, until the next time, have a wonderful evening and remember to be kind to one another.
Joy to the Full!

  1. Congratulations! That's always fun/stressful! I am approaching the first time in my life that I have been anywhere for two years and I am astounded with the amount of deep cleaning that's needed to keep up with a home. I have half a mind to fetch a clean slate with another move!

  2. That's wonderful news, Kathryn! Congratulations! Having been in the selling {and buying} situation before, that is great it sold so quickly. We were lucky in our purchase ~ we made an offer and it was accepted right away so that was a relief to us. Especially since we were moving to another state!
