Hello World! For today's Before and After, we have another Christmas Decor craft. It's from Gail over at Purple Hues and Me.
What a festive and elegant tree skirt. I want to make this next year to go under my white tree.
Here is a close-up of the snowflakes.
The full skirt.
Isn't it pretty? You can pop on over to Purple Hues and Me where Gail offers a step by step tutorial of how she made this gem.
Thank you, Gail for letting me showcase this on Before and After Wednesday!
Now, the rest of you, if any of you have any before and after projects that you would love to get featured, email them to thededicatedhouse@gmail.com and in the subject line, please put Before and After Wednesday. It can be any before and after: gardening, furniture redo, room makeover, complete renovation, sewing repurpose. Anything with a before and after.
***Also, keep sending in all of your Christmas and winter decor projects. Even a post from the past will do. For example: wreath creations, centerpieces, decor. Just make sure there is a before pic of the "naked piece" (naked table to fabulous tablescape, naked Christmas tree to decked out beauty, naked wreath to beautiful filled in wreath)...you get the picture. So send us your inspiration to be in the spotlight on Before and After Wednesday.***
Now for the 3rd Stop on the 'Tis the Season Christmas Tour.
Be sure to head on over to:
Red Rose Alley
&
Home and Lifestyle Design
That's where I'm headed after dinner.
Check back in tomorrow where I'll be sharing just a snippet of my Christmas decor that won't be on the tour as well as the blogs that are hosting tomorrow's stops on the tour.
Thanks for popping in to take a look at Gail's pretty tree skirt. Have a lovely evening and remember to be kind to one another. Fear Not!

ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely tree skirt. I need to try my hand at sewing....one of these years. I've always wanted to learn. Right now I am learning about green cleaning, that's taking a lot of learning.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the simplicity of this! It will have to be next year's project...pinned!
ReplyDeleteLove this snowflake tree skirt. I want to make one like this next year. Pinned so I remember.
