Getting Ready for Thanksgiving

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Carton Smart for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Hello World!  It is that time of year when we start gearing up for all of the holiday gatherings and all of the preparation that goes into each event.  This year my family is having a huge Thanksgiving feast for 21 people.  Needless to say, there will be a lot of food.  I prefer to use organic ingredients as much as possible.  And, Thanksgiving dinner is one of those meals where I want the best ingredients to go into my dishes.  I know the better the ingredients, the better quality of food and of course it just plain tastes better.  This year just in time for the holidays I received Chicken Stock, Pumpkin Puree, and Cranberry Sauce from Pacific Foods.

Now the really cool thing about these products is that they are packaged in Tetra Pak cartons which are made of 70% paper, a renewable resource, from selectively harvested, regrown trees.  Cartons save space are easy to store and open.

This year, I'm slated to bring several casseroles for Thanksgiving dinner; one of which is the infamous green bean casserole.  I have already used the Pacific Foods Chicken Stock in a soup I made this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it is.  So, I will be substituting the Pacific Foods Chicken Stock for my normal go to chicken stock in my casseroles.
