Have a Marie Callender's Pie for Pi Day

Hello World!  May I tempt you?  Did you know that March 14th is Pi Day around the world?  Are you wondering why March 14th or 3.14 is Pi Day.  Let's go back in time when you used to do math on a regular basis.  3.14 is the number that represents the mathematical constant of the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. Pi is represented by the Greek letter π.  Now you remember.  So, let's celebrate Pi Day with a Marie Callender's pie!

Now Marie Callender's pies are not new to us.  In fact we usually have a pie in the freezer for a group we host every week in our house.  If I'm ever pressed for time, this is definitely my go to pie.  I have never had anyone refuse a slice of one of Marie Callender's pies.  Last night was no exception.  My sweet Nephew and his lovely wife had the entire family over for dinner.  Out came the Marie Callender's Chocolate Satin Pie and off we went to dinner.

One of the nice thing about Marie Callender's pies is that they fit perfectly in my glass pie plate.  This is straight out of the box. There is no "doctoring" up of Marie Callender's pies.  They look perfect.

Look at how well the whipped cream sits up.
Doesn't this look delicious?  It is!  And, of course, it was eaten up.  No leftovers!

Now, their dessert pies are not the only thing we have tried.  We have had their pot pies as well as their lasagna.  Everything we have tried has been delicious.

What a great way to celebrate Pi Day.  You can check out the many different varieties of Marie Callender's pies and meals and where to purchase them.
