Hello World! Just got back from running errands and my vehicle basically drove itself to JoAnn Fabrics. I mean, really, it has a mind of it's own sometimes. Well, the thought was in the back of my mind and it came flying to the forefront. So, I guess I was in agreement with my vehicle. With The Dedicated Daughter in tow, we found ourselves looking at fabric. Since I'm not going to paint the china hutch that is in the entryway I thought I would lighten up the interior with some fabric.
Be still my heart! I didn't even debate about this one. Into the cart she went right when I saw her.
Here is a close up of the little bits of beige that I adore.
I love this one as well. In fact this one might be my go to one for the interior of the cabinet. I don't think I want anything too busy as the backdrop for everything else that will be in the cabinet. But, we'll see. Will have to compare.
I love the yellow. Remember Sophia the rug has some yellow in her.
Threw these babies on the rug and snapped a photo. Sorry for the bit of sunlight in the pic. It couldn't seem to be avoided. It must have wanted in the picture.
Aren't they pretty? I liked them both so much that I couldn't decide. We'll see which one I use for the hutch. The other I'm sure I will come up with some use for it. Oh, and I got them both on sale and I had a coupon. Bonus.
Hope you've been having a lovely day! Pop on in and check out all of the inspiration that has been showing up at Make it Pretty Monday. Click here to go straight to the party. Wishing you a great evening and remember to be kind to one another! Fear Not!
Toodles,

Sharing this with these lovely parties:
They are both very pretty fabrics, Kathryn! I think if you fold them up to fit in the back and see which one you like best that would be a good way to decide. The blue in the floral one is so vibrant! I love it.
ReplyDeleteBlues are just some of my very favorite colors-I used to like warmer tones, but now my home has gray and blue! All of your fabric choices are just lovely-my favorite is the first print-is it a waverly fabric?

I love both of the fabrics, but the print one is gorgeous...I would love to find that in a weight heavy enough for drapes.
ReplyDeleteI love them both Kathryn. Would love to use the first for drapes in my bedroom and the second for a dust ruffle. You have great taste!
