New Loan? Where to Turn?

Hello World!  Since we purchased our new house, I've received a few questions about financing a house.  This is the third house that I have financed.  And, fortunately, we have a wonderful loan guy who we have worked with for over ten years.  So, financing has never been an issue with us.  I believe it is all about relationship.  Once you find a good firm and have had a good experience with them, chances are you will use them in the future.
