Hello World! I thought I would take a few minutes to share with you the staging of the Family Room. These are pictures from the listing because my house is a wreck with all the packing that is taking place. So, here we go, the family room in the staging your home series.
The gold chairs were moved into the office to open the space up more. I'm going to miss the entertainment center I designed and had built.
Did you notice? The stripes are gone in the breakfast room and kitchen.
A glimpse into the entryway. You'll notice, I moved the china hutch out of the entryway. It's all about making the space feel larger.
A view from above looking down from the upstairs hallway.
Again, create a nice big space. Pack away all personal pictures. Open up the blinds and turn on all the lights.
So, that's my family room all staged. Thank you for popping in to take a look!

Toodles,
Sharing this with these lovely parties:
Very open and nice. It reminds me of my MIL's home down in Texas.
ReplyDeleteThat's a big home you have there! I'm sure it was an easy sale since it's so attractive. I like those big arches upstairs that I see in the one picture. I hope you find the home you want soon!

Your effort should certainly enhance the showings of your house. It is hard to pare down so that lookers can see space through their eyes.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful house!! Plus, making the effort to clean things up, open up space, and make it appear open are wonderful. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteYour house is very beautiful! ANd everything is arranged so well! You did an amazing job :)
ReplyDeleteDespite of all the moves you made Kathryn, your home is still very beautiful and appealing. Space is everything in real estate so, the bigger it seems, the better for sure!
