Brat Rolls

Hello World!  I've got a quick appetizer for you that I saw over at
The Sepia Puppy.  I made these for my husband's birthday party, and let me tell you, they were a huge hit!
 Brat Rolls

Ingredients:
1 - 6 count, big crescent rolls
1 - 6 count, package of cooked bratwursts
6 slices swiss cheese
Sauerkraut
Dijon, spicy brown or whole grain mustard

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350.
2.  Roll out the crescent rolls, place a slice of swiss cheese at the large end of the triangle.  Place a brat on top of that, then add the mustard and sauerkraut.
3.  Roll the dough a you would a regular crescent roll and place on a greased cookie sheet.
4.  Bake until golden brown on top, then loosely cover with foil and bake for about 10 minutes more.

Delicious and super easy to make.  Enjoy!
