Jalapeño Popper Dip

Hello World!  Happy Thursday!  Today I have a super easy appetizer dish that I made up the other night.  I think I saw this over at Closet Cooking.  It's very quick to make and delicious.

 Jalapeño Popper Dip

Servings:  makes 4 servings

Prep Time:  10 minutes
Cook Time:  20 minutes
Total Time:  30 minutes

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
1 (4 ounce) can sliced jalapeños (pickled), drained
2 jalapeño peppers, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated

Directions
1.  Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmigiano reggiano and jalapeños in a bowl and pour into a baking dish.
2.  Mix the Panko Crumbs and parmigiano reggiano and sprinkle over the dip.
3.  Bake in a preheated 350F oven until the sides are bubbling and the cheese has melted and turned golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.

This dish didn't last through the night.  My husband loved it!  Click below for the printable recipe.

I hope you enjoy it!  Don't forget Anything Blue Friday starts tomorrow.  So pop back in to link up all of your blue pretties.  Also, Make it Pretty Monday is still live if you need a pick me up of inspiration.  Click here to head over to the party.

Have a great rest of the day and remember to be kind to one another!
Fear Not!

Toodles,
Kathryn
