Closet and Other Organization

Hello World!  Get ready for a post about a lot of different stuff.  First up is my Master Bedroom Closet.  This is a super tiny space compared to my other closet at our previous house.  I refreshed the interior with paint on the walls, ceiling and trim.  The paint used on the walls is Shaker Beige by Benjamin Moore, and on the trim, White Opulence by Benjamin Moore.

Okay, the only reason I'm showing this picture to you is so you can see the pretty yellow purse I bought for Summer.  Isn't it happy?  Oh, how I love purses!

Looking into my tiny closet.  It was super hard to get decent pics in here.  

The closet has 3 rods for hanging clothes and 3 long shelves above each rod.  You can't really see the one shelf that is situated between the two hanging rods.  I've put seasonal stuff on that shelf since those items are not used every day. 

 As you enter the closet, directly to the right are 4 shelves where I've place some of my shoes.  On the top shelf are some of my evening purses, hair rollers, headbands, and lotions.  There is literally no storage in the Master Bathroom vanity for all of my goodies, so I just step into my closet to grab those items off of the top shelf.  

I have more shoes than this that are not in boxes. They are in a pile in the Master Bedroom.  Such a slacker.  My plan is to hit up The Container Store for some of these babies:

All of the boxes would be the same size and I wouldn't have to open up most of the box lids searching for my favorite pair of Steve Madden sandals. 

 These lovely containers sit on the floor underneath the bank of shoe shelves.  To the left is my boot box.  I picked these little containers up from Target.

 They house all of my body lotions (yes, I have a lot) and nail polish and all things nail related.  

 This is situated on the other side of the closet.  The door leading out to the Master Bathroom is to the left.  This shoe rack will eventually house all of our towels.  They were in the wash the day I took this picture.  There is no linen closet in the Master Bathroom, so we will have to make due until we have the bathroom and closets renovated!

 Here is another Target container that houses extra razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste and whatnots. 

 The long shelf above the tall hanging rod houses my purses.  

 Here is my sad little light bulb that will be replaced by a pretty chandelier. 

Here is a shot of the paint on the walls and trim.  

Since there is no drawer space in the Master Bathroom, I purchased a plastic drawer container from Target.  This sits in between the two sinks.  On top I have my lipsticks, cotton balls, Q-tips, and hand lotions.  

I really need to get cracking on the Master Bathroom walls.  That yellow is just a bit blinding.

I actually like the little hooks that are on the inside of the closet doors.  I have plans to change out the doorknobs and paint the doors.  

Here is a shot of our bed up against the Shaker Beige paint.  I can't show you the rest of the room because it is not as tidy as it should be. 

That's my tiny closet and organization items.  Once Mr. Dedicated gets the chandelier hung, I'll post another pic.
