Body Revitalization: Advantages of an Infrared Sauna

Hello World!  Tonight I have some information pertaining to infrared saunas.

For centuries, various civilizations have used saunas to invigorate the body. Although traditional saunas are still very beneficial, modern infrared saunas are even more effective. Here are some of the primary benefits of using an infrared sauna.

Detoxification
Over time, a person’s body may begin to accumulate a number of impurities. If these potential toxins are not removed in a timely manner, the person may begin to experience fatigue and decreased circulation. Infrared saunas help to stimulate the various fat cells to release these energy-sapping toxins.

Promotes Weight Loss
Infrared saunas effectively increase a person’s core body temperature. When combined with a regular fitness regimen, an infrared sauna can help a person to burn a substantial amount of calories. Unlike taking a weight loss pill, using an infrared sauna has no side effects.

Muscle Repair
After playing sports or engaging in a prolonged physical activity, it is not uncommon for some people to experience muscle fatigue and soreness. A 30-minute session in an infrared sauna will invigorate the worn-out muscles and ligaments. The warmth of the infrared sauna will also help with chronic joint pain and stiffness.

Improves Skin Clarity
An infrared sauna can help to remove dead skin cells. After a stint in the sauna, most people report a very noticeable improvement in the overall clarity of their skin. The profuse sweating also helps to open the pores. Sites such as HeatTherapyProd.info will be able to provide more information.

Thank you for popping in for a visit.  The Round-Up will go up tomorrow as well as Before and After Wednesday on Wednesday.  It has been a good five days of high stress and exhaustion.  Sorry for being a little MIA.  Have a lovely evening and remember to be kind to one another!  Joy to the Full!

  2. Wow- you've made me feel like I need an infrared sauna now! I just got home from my Body Pump class, so my muscles are tired- and so am I! I'd love to feel invigorated. Quick question- do these benefits only come from an infrared sauna? Because my class is at the Y and they have a regular sauna. Would that work?
